Frances Vaughan

She started out as a receptionist and has been attending classes to become a Registered Veterinary Technician. With a life long love for animals and always having pets as part of her family, the choice to become an RVT was inevitable. Frances joined the Custer McDermott staff in April 2006 as a Veterinary Technician. Helping clients take care of their pets, which in many cases are like family members, is one of the aspects of her work she really enjoys. Frances shares her home with her cat, Romeo, who is a domestic shorthair tabby, and a labrador retriever, Polo. Outdoor activities are a big part of Frances’s life. She enjoys hiking with her dogs, swimming, fishing, and riding her Morgan horse, Skeeter.
