David Cinclair, DVM
Veterinarian
Dr. Cinclair grew up in Plano and graduated from Plano Senior High School in 1987. A trio of very special Cairn Terriers and a love for animals were his inspiration to go to Texas A&M in pursuit of becoming a veterinarian. He attended Texas A&M and graduated magna cum laude in veterinary science. He also attended Veterinary School at Texas A&M and graduated magna cum laude in 1994. Dr. Cinclair moved to Frisco in 1994, and began practicing small animal medicine with an established and well-respected Plano practice. In 1999, he left the group and established Custer McDermott Animal Hospital in the West Allen/North Plano area, where he continues to practice today. Special interests include dentistry and dermatology.
Dr. Cinclair is a member of the Texas Veterinary Medical Association and the American Veterinary Medical Association. He is also an active member of the Texas Academy of Veterinary Practice, an organization whose members strive for excellence through participation in a high level of continuing education seminars and labs. Dr. Cinclair enjoys and appreciates the opportunity his profession allows him to work with and care for dogs and cats, and to establish relationships with his clients. Dr. Cinclair and his wife Becky moved back to Plano in 2001. The Cinclairs have been blessed with four wonderful children, two Cairn terriers, and a cat. Outside of work, Dr. Cinclair enjoys spending time with his family, the outdoors, and following local sports teams.
